Our client are a contractor accountancy firm who are, due to growth, seeking Customer Care Advisors to join their award winning Customer Care department.

This isn’t a call centre-based role, this position sits within a close-knit team, working alongside like-minded individuals who all share the same goal – customer satisfaction. You don’t need to have experience in working in an office-based environment, whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or any other type of customer service role – so long as customer satisfaction is at the forefront of what you do, this is the role for you!

Our client can be flexible with hours and shifts, including hybrid working (2 days a week from home 09:00 - 18:00)/ condensed hours to work a 4 day week (10 hours shifts across 4 days)/ early/ later starts!

The Role

  • Be the first point of contact for any incoming enquiries via telephone and email
    · Resolve new and existing customer queries quickly and efficiently
    · Supporting new customers through the learning curve of setting up their own business or being employed through an Umbrella company
    · Have customer satisfaction at the forefront of your mind at all times, during each correspondence
    · Working to achievable team related KPI’s based on query response times

The Candidate

  • Is a naturally confident communicator with great people skills
    · Able to prioritise tasks accordingly based on importance
    · Is driven and enthusiastic towards customer satisfaction
    · Has proven experience in delivering fantastic customer service, either in an office based or face to face environment
    · Is keen to develop a career within customer service
    · Knowledge of recruitment agencies and contractor payroll is highly desirable, but not essential

Salary + Benefits
A generous base salary of £22,500 is available for this role. The business is proud of their Gold level Investors in People status, and this is clear in how they treat their staff, through personal and professional incentives.

There’s no requirement to work weekends or Bank Holidays in this role - the Mon-Fri working hours are 9am-6pm.
