We are seeking 2 marketing account managers to manage the demands of 2 busy retail services area.

This is a hybrid role, two days in Swindon and 3 remote, you can even take your dog to the office! 

Salary £28 - £30k PA

Our ideal candidate is:

An enthusiastic individual with a desire to support business growth through strategic marketing channels. Someone with a hands-on approach to support idea generation and see it through to delivery. Previous marketing experience is preferred but we would look at a recent graduate who has great empathy and business sense.

A confident communicator, written and verbal, capable of providing insight to support marketing recommendations and ability to nurture lasting relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business.

You’re responsible for:

• Developing marketing activity for branches to generate measurable business impact
• Provide media briefs to support commercial requirements
• Supporting our branches with ad hoc marketing requests
• Regular attendance at Operations meetings, both digitally and in person, and an ‘account management’ style relationship to ensure where possible activity is aligned and driving most impact for branches
• Ensure all activity is generated strictly within practice allocated budget
• Projects as required

Skill Set:

• Influencing and leadership skills/personality
• Organisational skills and campaign management

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure

· CIM qualified/Degree equivalent preferred but not essential
