Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an initiative-taking Administrative Services Coordinator who will provide day-to-day support within the Operation Team of a leading healthcare charity.

You will provide administrative support assisting the Executive Assistant, the Director and Institute Faculty whilst contributing to the day-to-day running of the Institute. You will organise Seminars, facilitating a continuous programme of speakers and you will support other Institute events as needed.

You will provide diary management and support the Chief Finance Officer with general administrative support. You will coordinate and distribute staff communications and maintain accurate mailing lists for internal and external customers. You will manage meetings, book rooms, and arrange for refreshments whilst coordinating internal and external events and meetings.

This role will be split between Alderley Edge and the Withington site (free bus shuttle available) and will move full time to Withington from Spring 2023. You should hold a degree (or equivalent) or have relevant work experience within a similar role.
