Service Design Manager needed for this large, enterprise sized not for profit organisation. The role is responsible for the development and maintenance of their Service Delivery & Lifecycle processes and policies to ensure alignment with their business requirements.

The right Service Design Manager will have:

• Expert knowledge and experience working within an ITIL IT Service Delivery environment at ITIL Expert/intermediate level (Service Design, Transition, Lifecycle and Service Capability)
• Experience and a proven track record in managing projects and agile delivery
• Practical knowledge of service design using Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Effective lifecycle planning across the entire technology estate.
• Proven track record of managing key stakeholders across different teams to reach intended outcomes.
• Works at a strategic level, having input into business strategy and budgets for their business area.

This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to a longer term contract
