Pearson Carter are currently working with one of the most reputable Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central Partners based in the UK. They are looking to grow their team as they have several new Dynamics 365 Business Central projects. They are looking for a Dynamics NAV – D635 Business Central Support Consultant to help the team with the newly acquired projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central projects
• Delivering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line troubleshooting support
• Dealing with support tickets across multiple customers
• Working with various team members to enhance project functionality

Experience:

• Experience with supporting NAV and more recently BC projects
• Dynamics NAV support across multiple versions and modules
• Understanding of support systems and processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary

Basic salary of up to £40K depending on experience

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has got an office in South of England. They offer home-based working. Occasional travel is required depending on the project requirements (all travel expenses covered).
