Pearson Carter are currently working on an IT support role for the world’s largest loss protection insurance company. They are currently in search of an IT Support engineer/analyst to assist in providing 2nd line helpdesk support.
- Troubleshooting errors/VPN issues
- Documenting customer issues
- Assist with tickets – help desk
- Supporting users – guides, onboarding, queries etc.
- Active Directory/Office 365
- Microsoft stack/ Windows
- Troubleshooting - VPN
They are offering a range of salaries from £30-35k
This client is based in London, offering onsite work
