Job Description:

Looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a leading manufacturing/engineering organisation to provide general admin support on an initial 6 month contract.

 

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Respond to queries received from external and internal customers.
  • Accurately maintain company databases.
  • Liaise with Service Engineers to plan service jobs
  • Maintain customer accounts
  • Provide quotes, order acknowledgements and invoices for fixed systems and portables.

 

Customer Service Administrator Qualifications/Experience:

  • GCSE Grade Maths and English, or equivalent
  • Significant administrative experience essential
  • Previous experience working in an accounting role/function desirable
  • Ideally working in a engineering/manufacturing environment
