Job Description:
Looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a leading manufacturing/engineering organisation to provide general admin support on an initial 6 month contract.
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
- Respond to queries received from external and internal customers.
- Accurately maintain company databases.
- Liaise with Service Engineers to plan service jobs
- Maintain customer accounts
- Provide quotes, order acknowledgements and invoices for fixed systems and portables.
Customer Service Administrator Qualifications/Experience:
- GCSE Grade Maths and English, or equivalent
- Significant administrative experience essential
- Previous experience working in an accounting role/function desirable
- Ideally working in a engineering/manufacturing environment
