IT Technical Support Consultant • up to £35K • End User
Pearson Carter are working with a global end user to find an IT Technical Support Consultant to help support their continued growth. This is a great opportunity to join a market leading organisation and support global projects.
Responsibilities
- Supply 1st line support, working within the infrastructure team
- Working on Active Directory and Exchange
- Manage tickets over email and phone
Experience
- Previous support experience
- O365 experience
- Strong communication skills
Salary
My client is offering a salary of up to £35k + benefits.
