Deputy Manager, £27,000, wet led traditional pub, Didsbury

Our Client is an expanding pub group, who are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join the team at one of their sites in Didsbury. The site is wet only so this would suit a candidate who is very much customer focused and can ensure the client has the best possible experience. The company is very much a progressional company so this woul suit someone who is looking to progress their career into a General Manager.

THE PERSON 

You must have a well-established track record, sound financial awareness with a friendly character, personality and the ambition to drive sales forward through excellent customer service. You will be a team player and be fully involved in service. You will manage your time so that office work is completed without neglecting the operation.  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

You must have some experience in a similar role and good interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, it would be highly beneficial if you have experience of holding a site for a period of time. You need to be a strong-minded manager with an immediate understanding of handling the business. You will assist the General Manager to increase revenue, further business profits, excel in customer care and to gain further quality awards. Knowledge of ales and wine is important, you will be required to help run and maintain a high-volume cellar.
