Application Support Team Manager - FTC - Remote - Up to £55,000
Pearson Carter is working with a highly regarded End User in the Educational sector.
They require an experienced IT Service Manager/ Applications Support Manager to join the team on a fixed term contract (12 Months) You will receive all the benefits of a permanent employee. The reason for the placement is due to the current manager being on Maternity leave and taking a year out.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a small team (1st, 2nd, 3rd line support).
- Managing KPI's
- Ensure the operation of the IT systems are conducted correctly.
Experience:
- Strong experience in roles such as IT Service Management / Application Support
- Experience in Managing teams - 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support
- Experience in understanding and managing ticket lifecycle
Location
The offices are in London & Manchester however this is a remote role with the occasional travel to the office (Once a month)
