Profectus have a brand new opportunity for a Cloud Engineer with a Rapidly expanding Client that's taking massive leaps. They're currently at the top having a market-leading product with big plans. This company offers a flexible remote model with an office in the heart of London to suit your individual needs. That being fully remote or Hybrid! The team has quarterly meet-ups to bring the team together.
You will be working for an impressive company that really promotes a positive work culture. This role can lead to Head of Infrastructure/DevOps Team lead, a path that suits your goals! The Engineering team has a great feel about it and pulls together on each project to ensure they produce and deliver the best results possible.
As a Cloud Engineer, you will...
- Be responsible for Software Delivery.
- Develop and improve alert tools.
- Improve and Maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Guide and mentor the team on the DevOps culture and practices.
- Be innovative by bringing new ideas and tools to the party to stay at the top.
- Propose improvements on current tooling and infrastructure to increase security and reduce overall costs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 plus years experience with Cloud ideally AWS.
- A keen grasp of Security and Networking.
- An understanding of Continuous Delivery, DevOps and SRE.
- Experience with Scripting such as PowerShell and Source control e.g Git
- The desire and ability to communicate effectively with the remote engineering team.
