Pearson Carter are currently working with a large tech company who have global clients in the fashion industry who are looking for an ambitious Lead JavaScript Developer to help take them to the next level.

This company is leveraging AI to help them take their next step and are offering fully remote work with industry leading progression.

Responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities will include the maintenance and development of our main web app used by all our clients
• As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll also need an architect’s brain, helping to craft and articulate complex frameworks and platforms to the team internally as well as to current and prospective clients.
• You’ll strategise, plan and prepare for growth, whilst covering the day-to-day development needs. You’ll need to be a good multitasker - that’s for sure, and organisation is key.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of senior team leadership experience
• An ability to present complex theories and concepts to a non-technical audience.
• The ability to develop and code review highly optimised, cross-browser and elegant code.
• An appetite for open-source contribution and for engaging with a community.
• Node, React/Vue

Salary:

They offer a market leading salary of £80,000 + equity incentives.

Location:

Fully remote
