Firearm Licensing Officer needed in Exeter Paying  £12.92 per hr ref 359827

Full time hours on a temporary basis:

• Processing certificate holders that have been brought to police attention and initiate the relevant risk management process.
• Using email notifications, daily logs and custody records to seek out and identify unsuitable gun owners and where necessary initiate the immediate removal of firearms from possession, commence suitability enquiries and prepare reports for review by the FLS (Operations) and FELM
• Instigating enquiries into potential revocation / refusal of firearm /shotgun / explosive certificates
