About the Company 

A top global law firm with a well-established HR function and a reputation for being innovative are seeking an HR Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across the full spectrum of generalist matters, including projects. 

About the Role 

Working as part of the wider HR generalist team, this is a full generalist role offering support to a fee earning area of the business. Responsibilities include: 

  • Managing employee relations (sickness/absence) 
  • Leading on routine ER cases and supporting on more complex matters 
  • Manage probation reviews 
  • Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews 
  • Advising on salary review process 
  • Arrange coaching and oversee learning & development needs 
  • Performance management and coaching line managers 
  • Involvement in projects 

Job Requirements 

You will have previous HR experience in a professional services environment, ideally law, and CIPD qualified. This is an excellent role where you will take the lead on operational matters and be part of a collegial team that offers great opportunities for progression.
