We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our Clients school catering team in Southwark. The successful candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar role, as well as excellent leadership and catering skills. We also require that the successful candidate have an Enhanced DBS.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of between £16.50 and £17, depending on experience. The successful candidate will need to be able to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be in charge of creating and overseeing meals for our catering team, as well as ensuring that the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently. They will also need to be able to meet deadlines and manage team members, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should have a good understanding of food safety regulations and be able to manage costs.
