Housing Needs Officer needed in Slough.  

The hourly rate is £21.80ph PAYE

The successful candidate will assist with the Homeless back log - so must be experienced in Part 7 decisions and HRA legislation - vast experience necessary and able to work as a team and on their own.

They will deliver a high quality and customer focussed housing needs service, including housing advice and homelessness services and will use every available resource to tackle housing need and prevent homelessness in accordance to relevant legislation, policies and procedures. To contribute to the development, cohesion and integration of the wider housing service.
