Onsite Junior Support Engineer £30k

Pearson Carter are currently working with one of the UK’s leading independent Estate Agents. They help people buy, sell, let, or rent properties as well as offering a range of services including property management, mortgage advise and auctions. They are looking for a talented and ambitious IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic IT teams in Lancaster.

Responsibilities

• You will support multiple clients troubleshooting and resolving multiple IT issues for clients.
• Carrying out both day to day helpdesk support and involved in ad hoc support projects.
• You will repair, maintain, install, and upgrade computers, servers, and networks.
• You will provide backup and Disaster Recovery.

Experience

• 2 Years previous experience in an IT Support role.
• Great communication skills.
• A driving license.
• Office 365 support experience (and Azure would be advantageous).
• Knowledge of 365 Admin Centre (Exchange, policies, Users, Security).
• Microsoft Server 2019.
• Strong Microsoft Windows 11.
• Active Directory.
• Good Security awareness.

Salary + Benefits

Location

The position at this company is an onsite role meaning you’ll be expected in the office in Lancaster City Centre, 5 times a week. This will be Monday -Friday, 9am-5pm.
