THE COMPANY:

  • Provide a recruitment software for the Education Sector

THE ROLE: 

  • CRM/Data Manager
  • Acting as Data Manager and MS Dynamics CRM expert
  • Reports directly to IT Director and Managing Director
  • Managing internal CRM system and Data
  • Utilising Dynamics 365 and Power BI
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams - Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and IT 
  • Project management and implementation of new developments and improvements to our CRM processes. 
  • Wants someone who wants to stay, work and grow with the business
  • Hybrid role: 2/3 x per week in their Bracknell office (Brand new)
  • Annual Bonus and discretionary bonus last year totalled around £1500.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Data management experience
  • Excellent communication skills with strong business acumen and a high level of personal drive and determination.
  • proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Powerapps and visual reporting experience (PowerBI or Domo)
