F&O Functional Consultant Job Description

Position: F&O Functional Consultant

Reporting to: Head of IT Operations

Location: Head Office

Objectives:

  • • To provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O)
  • • To troubleshoot complex issues, provide effective solutions and enhance system functionality

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support:
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Provide support and guidance on F&O functionalities to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with support teams (IT, Yavica, Finance) to ensure efficient resolution of issues. System Analysis and Improvement:
  • Analyse system performance and suggest improvements.
  • Implement system updates and upgrades as needed.
  • Ensure system compliance and security standards are met. Consultation and Training:
  • Offer functional expertise to internal teams.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
  • Provide advice on best practices and process optimizations.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and system changes.
  • • Prepare reports on system performance and support activities. Additional Requirements: • All employees are expected to adhere to all Workspace policies and procedures which are accessible on the HR pages on SharePoint.
