Housing coordinator needed in London £22.55ph ref 1185246

Role is to undertake home visits as part of the borough's homeless prevention initiative. The housing coordinator will attend service user's addresses to provide mediation to hosts ejecting family members, inspect for issues of disrepair and employ the homeless prevention strategy to those seeking homeless assistance.

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
