Lead Software Engineer - Hybrid - Up to £78,000 - UK Only 

Tech Stack: Node and React Native (AWS and Python is bonus) 

Location: London Hybrid / Potential Remote

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Founder, you will lead our cloud based (AWS) software development effort. 
• Make architecture decisions to ensure security, stability and scalability of our product
• Build, iterate, optimise and evolve our tech stack
• Work collaboratively across the business - partnering with all team members including product management, data science and contracted development partners to iterate, optimise and evolve our product stack 
• Driving performance, efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and contracted development teams
• Informing the engineering hiring plan as the company grows.

Requirements: 

• Experience with React Native, a plus
• Experience with Java, Swift, a plus
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Significant experience in software architecture and personally building digital products from early-stage through to scaling and maturity
• Extensive experience with JavaScript (Node.js), Python, AWS, Postgres, Rabbit MQ, Docker, Firebase Cloud Messaging

Location: London Hybrid or Potential Remote

Salary: The company are willing to pay up to £75,000 for the right candidate.
