About the Company
An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a HR Advisor - Benefits, on a 12 month FTC, to join the team and work closely with the business on a global basis and lead on the administration of benefit programmes.
About the Role
Supporting the Global Compensation Manager, the role will entail:
- Administration of global compensation and benefits programs
- Act as a first point of contact for compensation queries and maintain benefits portal
- Support with annual salary surveys and data benchmarking
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Monthly reporting and analysis of benefits data
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have prior experience administering a benefits platform, ideally in a professional services environment, and strong Excel and reporting skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global team and work across a variety of wellbeing projects.
