Leasehold Services Manager in Portsmouth Paying  £35 per hr ref 5246007

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

• responsible for the day to day delivery of Housing Management Services, delivered by a team of 5 Leasehold Services Officers
• Resales including Sellers Information Packs
• General Lease Enquiries
• Collection of Service Charges
• The Leasehold Services Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the team are kept up to date with changes to legislation, case law, and best practice
• The Leasehold Services Manager also needs to have a good knowledge and understanding of the calculation and collection of Service Charges, including the management of a Reserve Fund, together with experience of Section 20 consultation processes to ensure full cost recovery and value for money for its leaseholders.
