Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive and develop systems enhancement; understanding the business operational needs and aligning our systems to ensure maximised efficiency.
• Collaborate with the wider business and third parties to implement and optimise systems, including Microsoft Business Central SaaS, version 23, Microsoft Navision and Magento 2.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues
• Input product and category information into business systems for synchronisation with the ecommerce platform.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and Commercial Director to ensure efficient service delivery through systems.
• Generate comprehensive weekly/monthly reports on system performance and project progress.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable project management skills with a systems-focused approach.
• Microsoft Business Central SaaS, version 23 essential.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills.
• Experience at a senior business support level with a strong emphasis on systems management.
• Direct experience working with stakeholders on system-related projects.
• Proven leadership skills in driving system-oriented initiatives.
