Rough Sleeper Navigator needed in Newton Abbot, £15.98ph PAYE - Reference: 5245719

Full UK driving licence required
Some unsociable hours (Usually once - twice a week to oversee outreach)

• Rough Sleeper Navigator will be required to support the outreach team in conducting weekly outreach visits to those who have been reported as rough sleeping in the Teignbridge area. 
• This will involve engaging with those who have complex needs.
• The Navigator will also work with rough sleepers who are in accommodation and require support and advice on their longer term options.
• This will include making appropriate referrals and working with partner agencies.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
