Senior Estates Surveyor needed in Nottingham, £21.51ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1204729

A qualified chartered surveyor supporting the work of the strategic asset team in the implementation of the corporate landlord model and review of operational assets.

Leading on landlord and tenant matters in terms of regularisation of occupations and lettings for the "communities" portfolio of property and also the implementation of the community asset transfer policy and dealing with applications received.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
