Allocations & Voids Manager needed in Hammersmith, £31ph PAYE - Reference: 005044

1.1 To lead on the delivery of a first class lettings, allocations and void management service whilst ensuring that organisational goals, vision and statutory obligations are met at all times.
1.2 To deliver the fair allocation of secure housing, nominations to Registered Providers, mobility schemes and other housing options in line with the housing allocations scheme and housing quota plans. To provide advice and information in relation to the assessment of need for sheltered and adapted housing.
1.3 To develop, implement and manage relevant policies and procedures in areas of allocations, voids and lettings, using business intelligence and transformation to improve, monitor and review the voids and lettings process, setting and monitoring appropriate performance targets to deliver an efficient and streamlined services.
1.4 To be responsible for budget management for the Allocations and Lettings Service area forecasting and monitoring budgetary projections to deliver the service within budget and produce periodic budget monitoring information.
1.5 To deputise for the Head of Allocations & Lettings as necessary.

 

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
