General Manager needed in Huddersfield.   

The rate is £25.13ph PAYE

The successful will support the Service Manager with the strategic, operational, and financial management of the business to deliver the organisation’s objectives.

A key component of the role will be to develop a culture of high performance within teams (high challenge/high support) and continuous improvement in line with Service Plans, Medium Term Financial Plan, the joint Delivery Plan key objectives to deliver a customer focused service.

You will be responsible for a specific area within Homes & Neighbourhoods and will be required to deliver a specialist and technical function of the business including ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. You will be responsible for the day-to-day outcomes of the operational teams within Homes & Neighbourhoods, ensuring all service objectives are achieved and delivered within a context of value for money. The different roles will include Heating, Electrical, Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Business Development and Investment & Compliance.
