Data Engineer – Hybrid in Manchester – £55k + 10% bonus

Are you a Data Engineer who wants to join an established utilities provider and support them with their Azure migration? Then keep reading!

We are looking for a Data Engineer to work on a big migration to Azure project within an established team. Within this role, you are going to be working on SQL Server with SSIS for the ETL development, utilising Python for scripting and automating processes and Azure Data Factory for migrating and developing pipelines in Azure.

You will get your hands-on with other tools within the Azure ecosystem, like Databricks and Synapse Analytics.

Experience required:

• Experience within a similar Data Engineer role
• ETL data pipelines development with SSIS
• Strong Python
• Azure Data Factory / Databricks / Synapse

Salary:

This is a permanent position and offers £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + bonus + hybrid working.

Location:

The client has got an office in north of Manchester with a flexible work environment where working from home 3 times a week is possible.
