Housing officer needed in Ilford £16.51ph ref 1229684

We require a full time temp housing officer for 6months - 36 hours per week to start asap.

Not a hybrid role.

The key responsibilities include:-

. Carrying out tenancy audits.

• Identifying vulnerable residents and working with partner agencies to ensure all residents can live safely and sustain their tenancies
• updating tenancy details and keeping detailed records.

Identifying hoarders and vulnerable tenants

The successful candidate will need to be a resilient self-starter who thinks well on their feet in a variety of different, often challenging, situations.

We are looking for people who relish a challenge and are able to deal with confrontation. An attention to detail is essential. You will also need to be creative and demonstrably able to develop solutions to assist residents on our estates.

The role may involve visiting tenants and will also involve lone working. Daily use of a car and a full driving license is a must.

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
