Job Description:
Voids coordinator needed in Uxbridge £13.39ph ref 1229742
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
To co-ordinate the scheduling of all void property inspections and repairs to ensure that works are planned and delivered in line with procedures and to monitor and report on the progress of works; reporting to the Team Leader and working closely with the Void Clerk of Works.
