Technical Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Lewisham, Paying £25ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1240239

- Hybrid working 2 days in the office in Catford which is easily accessible via public transport of by car. On-site subsidised parking.

- To Carry out visits to properties regarding disrepair claims and conduct detailed reports that can be used in court
- To manage the VOID process from start to finish liaising with necessary internal teams and landlords to ensure they are abiding by their contract.
- SOR codes and Disrepair Claims.  

This is a full time role on a Temporary basis.
