Hybrid Senior D365 CE Developer €75k

Pearson Carter are working with a company who specialise in Managed IT Services, Digital transformation, IT Security, and digital workforce solutions for their clientele who are predominantly in the west of Ireland. Their team is constantly evolving, and they are currently seeking a Senior D365 CE Developer to aid the continuous growth the company has.

Responsibilities

The Senior Developer will lead the Dev Team, offering support and mentoring to junior members of the Team as well as:

• Developing, Testing, and Implementing Software Solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Working with Business Analysts and Project Owners/Project Managers to understand and implement business requirements.
• Working with Cross-Functional Teams to ensure the Successful Implementation of the Developed Solution.
• Leading Tech/Code Reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensuring Product Releases are carried out as per Agile Principles and on Schedule.
• Maintaining existing software applications through bug fixes and enhancements.
• Identifying improvements for existing CRM solutions
• Ensuring knowledge of platform changes and product features is current.
• Providing second line support for Dynamics 365 / PowerApps.

Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience in a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development role.
• Microsoft Dynamics Products, PowerApps and Azure platforms experience
• Microsoft Business Application tools, Power Automate, PowerBI, Microsoft DevOps, Pipelines, Logic Apps etc.
• Experience with (JSON, JavaScript, HTML, Python) and server-side programming (.NET, C# or vb.net).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to debug and troubleshoot software issues.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Industry Experience working with in an Agile Team
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to €75k and includes benefits such as:

Location

This company has office based in Galway where you will be expected to work on a hybrid basis, once a week.
