Premises Manager needed in Islington.   

The rate is £16.36ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead in the provision of a safe and healthy environment for all service users. They will be accountable for the management and completion of the Premises Management Manual and will be responsible for ensuring the premises management works are completed in accordance with the Premises Management Manual.

They will plan and prioritise own work allocation according to the needs of the site as determined by the line manager, this will include providing the line manager in advance with a weekly log of main tasks to be performed during the forthcoming week and providing/maintaining any other necessary records.
