Principal Traffic Management Engineer needed in Bristol £24.58ph ref 1252430

To provide support to the Traffic Management Team Leader and the Traffic Manager in a range of projects and work streams during 2024/25 due to a one-off increase in the team's budget for highway improvement schemes. This will include working with other staff in the team on improvement schemes such as new crossings, traffic calming and footway schemes. Overseeing TRO schemes such as speed limits. Dealing with enquiries from the public and councillors. Helping oversee the transition to new digital TRO software. Helping to procure a new bus stop maintenance contract to be ready for when our current contract expires.

Also providing technical input into highway schemes being developed by other teams.
