Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Ideally experience in tenancy management, income collection, and estate management.
• An understanding of tenancy regulations, proven experience in managing housing estates, and a track record in addressing antisocial behaviour is advantageous
• Key responsibilities include overseeing income collection, conducting tenancy audits and estate inspections, and implementing strategies to manage antisocial behaviour effectively.
• Experience in leading housing teams and strong leadership skills are highly desirable.
