Landlord and Compliance Specialist needed in Taunton

The rate is £15.70ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to all landlord aspects of property compliance, including radon, water safety, asbestos, and other property safety related matters, including ensuring ‘Best Practice’ is implemented in the delivery of the service.

They will manage the service across numerous sites and ensure resources are deployed effectively.
