Software Developer - Hybrid - Up to €40,000

We are currently working with a large Maltese client who is looking for a Software Developer responsible for building C# applications, both for local and international clients.  The primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and develop robust solutions that align with business objectives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing applications
• Skills and knowledge required
• Proficient in developing web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Web API
• Database experience utilising Microsoft SQL Server and/or another relational database
• Solid time-management and communication skills
• Logical thinking
• Methodical with attention to detail in developing clean and secure code

Experience:

• Compute science or related degree
• Over 2 years experience with .NET
• Knowledge of JavaScript Frameworks/Libraries, ideally React
• Experience in development on Microsoft Azure
• Experience in ERP systems or other business applications
• Experience in implementing reporting and analytical solutions, preferably utilizing Power BI

Salary:

They offer a great salary up to 40,000 euros and includes a strong benefits package

Location

The client is based in Malta and they are looking for someone to be in office on a hybrid basis for the first 1-2 months after which, they can work fully remote
