Job Description:

Customer Service Advisor (Rent Income Support) needed in West London.

The rate is £18.52ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is:                        HAF-005064

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for resident’s enquiries regarding current and former tenant rent and arrears. They will be assisting with rent arrears collection, as well as providing rent account information to residents.

They will work on all communication channels, telephone (both inbound and outbound), web, email, face to face, SMS and written correspondence, and will communicate with residents empathically and supportively across all these mediums.
