Dynamics 365 CE Support Analyst, Hybrid (Dublin), €55k

Pearson Carter are collaborating with a building company in Ireland,  looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Support Analyst to join their massively growing team.  This company are going through a huge digital transformation, having recently implemented D365 CE and plans to implement D365 BC in Q1 next year.

Experience: 

• 1st and 2nd line support
• Data Manipulation 
• Experience within the Sales and Marketing modules 
• Good communication skills

The Role: 

• Supporting 1st/ 2nd line helpdesk support tickets surrounding Dynamics 365/ Dynamics CRM
• Troubleshooting system performance issues/ minor bug fixing
• Project based support analysis for new implementation projects
• Training users on new functionality/ system changes

Location:

Based in Dublin (4 days in office 1 day work from home)

Salary of up to €55k
