Technical Lead | €60,000 - €70,000 | Malta | Hybrid

Pearson Carter are currently working with a company who are experts in providing sophisticated technology enabled digital marketing services. They have headquarters in Malta and the rest of Europe as well as operations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia together with an impressive list of high-profile customers.

  • Establishing project specifications and technical direction
  • Creating a framework of technical standards and procedures
  • Overseeing software quality and system modifications
  • Guiding team members with troubleshooting technical issues
  • Analyzing existing operations to identify risks and redundancies
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop solutions
  • Implementation of WordPress solutions, such as plugins, extensions and integrations with third-party systems.


  • Strong skills in JavaScript, PHP Laravel and MySQL.
  • Experience with developing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with using the MVC design pattern.




They offer a great salary up to 70,000 euros and includes a strong benefits package



The client is based in Malta and they are looking for someone to be in office on a hybrid basis for the first 1-2 months after which, they can work fully remote
