Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Work as part of the management team of the Traffic, Highways & Asset Management team in accordance with statutory requirements and in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Develop and deliver work programmes to implement policies and strategies, including input to the Asset Management Plan and other relevant bidding, strategy and monitoring documents, including the Asset Management
• Manage up to 10 technical staff, relay management instructions and be responsible and accountable for managing the deployment of staff and resources, delivering programmes of work up to £10 million
• Reporting on programme and project spend against planned expenditure and proposing actions to resolve any adverse variances.
