Fully Remote D365 CE Support Consultant £45k

Pearson Carter are working with a Microsoft Partner that utilise their tools and  step by step process to allow their customers to benefit from the quick seamless transition from Dynamics AX to D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management they provide. They are looking for a D365 CE Support Consultant to help aid the expansion of the company and new projects.

Responsibilities

• You will be working on full end to end implementations.
• You will be client facing to gather requirements and documentation.
• You will be supporting with analysis, project support and any Go-lives.
• 1st and 2nd line support are expected.
• There will be a lot of training and growth opportunities within the company as you will be shadowing the Senior Support Consultants.

Experience

• Previous experience as a D365 CE Support Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O.
• Any previous MS Partner experience is desirable.
• Experience in previous client facing role with the ability to gather requirements and explain technical terms to non-technical individuals.

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £45k.

Location

This company has an office in London however this is a fully remote role.
