Cleaner needed in Southampton, £11.59ph PAYE - Reference: 5248076

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to work within the Neighbourhood cleaning team.

It is a varied and satisfying role where you will work in the heart of the neighbourhood, ensuring good standards of cleanliness is maintained in the communal areas within the Council blocks of flats.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in communal areas for walk up blocks and tower blocks.
- Making sure that the external surroundings are kept clear and tidy from obstructions and litter.
- Take responsibility of cleaning equipment and identify and report any faults.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and report any issues accordingly to enable our residents to live in a safe environment.
- To be part of the housing management team, to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all our residents.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
