Remote D365 Consultant £60k

Pearson Carter are working with one of Europe’s leading security specialists that offer property security services to their customers in an array of sectors. With 12 depots placed over the UK and Ireland they provide a national service on a local scale. They are seeking a D365 Consultant (Functional or technical as the company able to provide training on either) to conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure functionality, data integrity, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage data within Dynamics 365 CRM, including data cleansing, migration, and integration with other systems.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and third-party applications.
• Train end-users on how to effectively use Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Map existing business processes and identify areas for automation and streamlining.
• Design solutions that align with business processes and optimize user experience.

Experience

Essential

• At least 3 years’ experience with D365 including Customisation & Configuration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development project implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Dynamics, Power Platforms, SharePoint, Azure and Power BI.
• Understanding of cloud-based CRM.

Desirable

• Previous experience in an IT related role and Working in Agile methodology (SCRUM/Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with large scale ERP projects and managing their implementation.
• Business Analysis experience and qualifications.

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £60k and includes benefits such as:

Location

This company has office spread across the UK and Ireland but is a fully remote role. The only onsite expectation they have is once in office every quarter, preferably in Chatham or Norfolk as this is where their cross-functional team of consultants and Developers are based around.
