• To oversee the commissioning requirements and contract for the programme
  - To monitor the budget
  - To report write and update partners
  - Partnership working
  - Complete financial returns to evidence impact and outcomes
  - To create and lead on development action plans
  - Create a risk log
  - Promotion of the programme where required
