Landlord And Tenant Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in St Albans £180.72 per day PAYE - Reference: 5248636

• Working 3 days a week – can be flexible
• Hybrid working – as will need to undertake site visits

1. To support the Landlord & Tenant Manager in the implementation of cost-effective / efficient systems, policies and processes for the management and monitoring of lease events (such as rent reviews, lease renewals, licence to assign requests, change-of-use requests, agreed-surrenders-on-terms, new leases), billing, rent collection, customer satisfaction and service charge administration.
2. To support the Landlord & Tenant Manager in budgeting, forecasting and delivery across multiple cost centres of service charges and/or rental income in the commercial estate.
3. To support the Landlord & Tenant Manager, Buildings & Facilities team and Sustainability team on sustainability requirements and aims across the commercial portfolio.
4. To deliver an assigned programme of cases that ensure high-priority rent reviews, lease renewals, break clauses, applications to assign, requests for change-of-use etc have been completed within appropriate timescales.
5. To undertake the appropriate action to enforce lease and licence clauses and ensure any breaches are rectified in a timely manner for an assigned programme of cases.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
