Building Surveyor in Islington

The hourly rate is £31.89 PAYE

The successful candidate will need experience managing legal disrepair cases, ideally have a surveying qualification (not essential) and a good understanding of damp and structural issues.

They should have social housing experience, experience of managing works from specification through to post inspection and be organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload.
