Principal Enforcement Officer needed in Southwark

The hourly rate is £38.13ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful must have lots of experience in inspecting houses in accordance with HHSRS, serving enforcement notices and in taking high-level enforcement action such as prosecutions and CPNs Extensive experience in carrying out inspections under HHSRS

1. Extensive experience in writing schedules of work and serving notices under Housing Act 2004
2. Experience in preparing prosecution bundles and appearing as a witness in court and/or at FTT
3. Experience in serving CPNs
4. Good conflict management skills.
