HR Admin Support - Bromborough

Salary – £23,4000 per annum pro rata
Type: Fixed Term (initially 3 months)
Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (includes half an hour unpaid lunch break)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our HR Department. This role involves assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Arranging interviews and coordinating schedules
  • Preparing offer letters and chasing references
  • Handling amendments to contracts and start date letters
  • Drafting probation letters and other HR documentation


Experience:
 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
